If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your latest purchase at MYKI ONLINE SHOP, you are welcome to return or replace any item. We can offer a refund or an exchange within 10 business days from receiving your package. If it has been more than 10 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that SALE items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

All returns must be authorized by a Myki representative before sending items back. Please contact our customer service: ,You will then receive return instructions by email. Do not send anything without contacting us first as this may lead to longer handling time and delayed refunding. To make a return you should fill in the appropriate Return Form. The Return Form can be accessed from your Personal Account page and in the "Return Form" section. Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size or new items based on inventory availability upon receipt.

Domestic exchanges:

For The first exchange – the customer is responsible to send the item on his/hers expense and the new item will be sent on Myki’s expense. For the second exchange and onwards the customer will cover all delivery costs. You are more than welcome to exchange the item at the store.

Worldwide exchanges:

All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

Before proceeding with your request to return or exchange an item, please read the following terms and conditions, and verify you comply with it:

  • The item must be returned in perfect condition: with its attached labels and in its original packaging such as: dust bag, jewelry box, branded fabric bags etc. Any other accessories received with the item mused be sent back. These are considered a part of the product.
  • Worn, washed or altered items cannot be returned.
  • Shoes must not show any signs of use and must be in its original packaging.
  • Socks leggings or underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns can only be shipped from the country and address where the Order was delivered.
  • The items must have been purchased online and not at the boutique.

Myki reserves the right to reject returns that have not been authorized or sent in accordance with the above. In these cases, Myki will return the order to the original shipping address at the sender's expense. Your refund or partially refund will be made to the same payment method you used after receiving your return.

Please note:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item provided that the reason for the return is not under the responsibility of MYKI. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. Delivery date for exchanged refund may vary according to delivery location. We advise you to ship the package back to us with a tracking number and make sure to keep your receipt, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please make sure to mark the items on the parcel as “returned goods” to avoid any additional charges at our local customs. We will not be held accountable for packages detained at customs due to insufficient or errored documents. In such a case, the return will be refused and sent back to the customer. 


Once your return is received and reviewed, we will email you to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection status of your refund.
Following this request, an authorisation email will be sent together with the documents needed to return the item. In the event of customs duties. The refund will be issued with exclusive reference to the amount of the returned item, the shipping costs other than the standard delivery costs of the products will remain under the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the amount due as a refund when the refund is issued. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment method, within a certain amount of days. Please not that a refund process might
take a few days to show. Processing times may vary depending on the payment
method and bank. The refund will be issued in the same currency of the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.

Cancellation of a transaction paid through PayPal will be refunded, deducting a cancellation fee of 5% or
100 NIS, whichever is lower.

Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

 Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first, please check your bank account again. If you cannot see it, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
